Benchmark Benefit Consulting was formed to meet the varying needs of employers in the areas of benefit design, planning, and information systems. Our goal is to enable employers with the tools and resources to effectively and efficiently manage their benefit plans. Through our knowledge and resources, we are able to offer services that will lower employer costs, increase employee benefit recognition, and improve administrative procedures.

Benchmark Benefit Consulting’s approach to service is two fold…. First, we step back to look at the big picture and the individual goals of the employer and the employee. Second, we offer a sound, structured plan/solution with the proper tools and resources, in order to meet those expectations and goals. 

With Benchmark Benefit Consulting, there are no cookie cutter benefit designs, plans, or systems – each employer is unique and is valued as such. You tell us your needs, wishes, and goals and we will make it happen!

Benchmark Benefit Consulting operates on an open platform.  Our approach is designed to promote trust and sound working relations between our firm and our clients.                     

1.  We will serve our clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity.

2.  We will not allow a conflict of interest to unjustly create an advantage for one client by using the confidential information of another unless express permission has been granted.

3.  We will keep client information and records of client engagements confidential.  Proprietary client information will only be used with the client’s express permission.

1.  We will accept only engagements for which we are qualified by our experience and knowledge.

2.  We will assign staff to client engagements in accord with their experience, knowledge, and expertise.

3.  We will immediately acknowledge any influence on our objectivity to our clients and will offer to withdraw from a consulting engagement when our objectivity or integrity may be impaired.

4.  We will discuss and mutually agree with our clients on the basis of our fees and expenses.  We will charge reasonable fees and expenses commensurate with the services we deliver and the responsibility we accept.

5.  We will disclose to our clients, in advance, any fees or commissions that we will receive for equipment, supplies, or services we recommend to our clients.

Many of the services that we provide are offered to our clients at “no cost” through our brokerage arrangement with specialty vendors.  However, if we assist you on a consultative basis, you can always know that we will offer you the most cost effective pricing for the highest level of performance.  Benchmark Benefit Consulting is also able to offer value added services such as internet sites to our clients for a minimal charge or even no charge.
